One of the top properties in Oie!! Loved the location right above Ammoudi Bay! Beautiful private patio and hot tub. Easy walking to Everton Oie! Lots of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff and excellent location. Saw the sunset everyday right from our room. The town is very steep and on a hill with lot of climbing so at least we were also close to the main sights from this hotel!

Breathtaking view with cave room

Unbelievable breathtaking views of Santorini caldera and agean sea. Walking up to the view and sitting in the patio pool was a dream. Would definitely recommend.

Come here in November is a hidden gem

The breakfast is amazing to kick off the day, while the warm bath outdoor is absolutely a smoothing way to end up the day. This location is a bit away from the centre shopping area of Oia to guarantee your maximum privacy and quiet environment. We came in November the low season, absolutely a blissing to stay here and enjoy.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

Marizan Caves is top end accommodation. Its unique style and architecture is perfectly suited to Santorini. Must note that it is on the side od a cliff and there are steep stairs, so if you have recently had hip surgery wait 6 months before you visit. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sensational and delivered to your room. Absolutely fantastic place 😀

Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot. Easier to call them and arrange a pick up thru the hotel from the airport or cruise (if you are coming via cruise). Break fast options are decent. View is beautiful from the hotel. Staff are very good and customer friendly.
