The property is clean, located walkable distance to black beach in Perissa, do grocery and restaurants. The pool size is good and the pool is clean. The owners are nice and respond hast to messages. Drinks can be purchased at the hotel and enjoyed on the terrace.

Really great, comfy, close to everywhere, yet quiet. Everything is new, pool area great Crazy room service in this price range. Not only new towels, but new linen every day too, and even your dishes washed!

Lovely, well maintained property

The property was very well kept, and the room spotless. The pool area was lovely and well maintained. We were within walking distance to the beach, as well as a fabulous bakery about 7 or 8 minutes away. The iced coffees available at reception were delicious and great value. A great stay overall in a quiet area, which we appreciated after being out all day.

We arrived - collected by Freddy - (for free!) before our apartment was ready, so were offered an alternative straight away and this proved a much better choice as the transport access was much easier for my partner who has mobility issues. The family run hotel was totally friendly and amenable, nothing was too much trouble, I had several one vegetarian options at every meal, and if I asked for a "meat" dish with my chosen substitute cheese, mushroom tomatoes or vegetables the answer to every request was "of course". They helped make a memorable holiday splendid. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks Freddy and family for your warm and generous hospitality, you're the best!

The man who checked us in, couldn’t of been any less helpful if he had tried, he was rude and was only interested in trying to sell us tours. Our room had 2 huge beds in, so no room to walk around ! Only one large dinner plate and very little cutlery. The 2 ring hob was extended using tape, health and safety non existent, sockets hanging off the wall. The beds and towels were changed every day which was in-necessary, however the lady doing the rooms was very cheerful. The pool was nice, if you could catch a few minutes without teenagers jumping in constantly, despite the signs , saying no jumping. We tried to see the person who checked us in several times but he was never around. Fortunately, we only slept and showered at the apartment as Santorini is amazing and we spent our time exploring.

The rooms are extremely small, no space for keeping the luggages, open showers in the toilet, also barely enough space for 1 person to stand. The owner was a very nice person, drove us from airport for 35 euros each way. Overall not too bad, just wasn’t the right one for us.

We only stayed ones night but we loved our stay. We were picked up at the airport free of charge after a long couple days of travel. We were grateful to see Freddy right outside the doors when we arrived. He offered to drive us to Perissa for dinner, since he was on his way but we were so tired we stayed in. Room was clean and all basics provided. About a 15 min walk to Perissa beach and bus stop only a short 3 min walk. We would definitely stay again. Extremely friendly hosts. Great value!

Prima verblijf

Prima verblijf gehad, hadden het zwembad vrijwel voor ons zelf. Appartement was basic maar compleet en schoon, meer heh je niet nodig want we waren toch overdag vrijwel de hele tijd buiten. De eigenaar Freddy was zeer behulpzaam, haalde ons gratis op van vliegveld en bracht ons naar de ferry. Ook konden we voor een goede prijs via hem een auto huren. Minimarkt en bakkerij is op korte loopafstand.

Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht, da die Bewertungen und Fotos trotz 2 Sternen akzeptabel schienen. Der tatsächliche Eindruck war dann ein anderer. Der Raum war klein, muffig und der Sicherungskasten brummte laut und stetig. Zudem war das Bett ein gemauerter Rahmen mit Holzbretter und dünner Matratze. Zum Schlafen indiskutabel. Nach einer Nacht buchten wir ein anderes Quartier und verbuchten den Verlust als Erfahrung

Camera molto spaziosa

Camera molto spaziosa, carina semplice e pulita, anche il bagno essenziale ma pulito. Esterno con un bel tavolo per mangiare. C'è una piccola piscina che va benissimo per i bambini. Purtroppo la posizione non è comoda se si è a piedi, lontana da Perissa 1 km e mezzo.

Отличное расположение,бассейн,бесплатный трансфер

Очень понравился отель. Большие и удобные кровати, мини-кухня, wi-fi на всей территории. Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом супермаркет, пляж и остановка. Трансфер из/в аэропорт был бесплатным. Владельцы отеля заранее связались с нами и уточнили время прилёта. Каждый день в номере была уборка и замена полотенец. Но есть несколько минусов: отсутствие чайника, фена и небольшой кастрюли (в наличии была только большая кастрюля). Очень понравился балкон из нашей комнаты с видом на горы и бассейн! В ветреные дни было хорошо лежать у бассейна и купаться. Есть детская площадка с качелями. Весь персонал отеля очень приятный и доброжелательный. Если будем на Санторини, обязательно вернёмся сюда и рекомендуем отель.
