We come at late night and the host still here welcomed us warmly, introduced the house as well as something to explore around. The room itself was large and well decorated, we have a wonderful stay here, would recommend to get it a try at Sentorini :)

Danai our host made our stay memorable. Her recommendations on where to watch the sunset and where to eat were impeccable! She is a true super host makes all the when you don’t want to do the overrun tourist traps . Our accommodations were beautiful quiet would stay there again

Wonderful!

The unit was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a convenient location, close to some bakeries and restaurants, but still felt very quiet. The staff was very friendly and easy to contact. Overall we had an amazing stay!

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed in the Nektar room. The room was excellent and the kids loved the jacuzzi. Excellent air conditioning and two balconies to enjoy a drink when the kids were asleep. Our host Danae who was absolutely brilliant!! We always move around when on holiday and I have never had a host so helpful. She couldn’t have done enough for us. She sent me extensive local information by WhatsApp advising where to go and where to eat. She made reservations for us at restaurants and organised our pick up from the airport and our transfer to the port when we moved to another island. The apartment is 15 minutes walk into Fira, from there the local busses are great and you get around the island easily for €2.50 per person.

Stayed at this property for 4 nights and it was the worst. The Air conditioning wasn't working and we had to stay and sleep in the property while sweating and nothing being done. As we complained all they did was giving us a small fan that barely works. We also compplained that the jacuzzi was cold and it would be cold when we got in it. They came and acted like they fixed it but it was the same exact thing and they did practically nothing. The staff is nice but are not helpful and made the stay in a beautiful island not as nice.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Ikies Filoxenia Santorini ! L'hébergement était très propre, fonctionnel et bien décoré. La grande chambre est agréable avec un lit king size. Réfrigérateur, micro-onde et appareil à croque-monsieur sont à votre disposition. Quant à notre hôte, Irida, elle a été adorable et nous a très bien reçu pour notre séjour. Elle est facilement joignable si nous avons besoin de quelque chose et nous guide sur les lieux incontournables à visiter. Merci à elle pour sa sympathie !

We had a pleasant stay at Ikies Filoxenia. Everything was great and felt luxurious but still in a budget so I would give 10 out of 10! Cleanliness, convenient, friendly and comfortable. INA was very helpful and knowledgeable! She checked in with us everyday via Whatssapp to make sure our trip was enjoyable. She helped us book a car and a boat tour. She also gave us goodbye gifts which is very sweet of her! Great location geographically with a wonderful bakery and super market within as walking distance. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

We could not of picked a more perfect place to stay. John and Ina were two of the nicest people we have ever met,they were so attentive and really did go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is only 2 years old, is as pictured and very clean. It is not overlooked by anybody and you can see the Sea from the Jacuzzi. It is a short walk away from a number of restaurants and the best bakery on the island as well as a 20 minute walk to Fira. We loved our time at Ikies Filoxenia and were very sad to leave.

The pictures are definitely deceptive. The area is pretty horrible and quite often smells like sewage. There was no hot water and when we complained the manager came to feel it and tried to pretend the COLD water was warm water! Just NO. The room itself is nice but wasn't cleaned properly. I think it is wayyyyyyyy overpriced for what it actually is.

The hotel was excellent. It's location in the middle of the island was perfect because it was easy to go explore the whole island by using public transportation (1,80-2,40€/ride). The staff, Joyce and Maria, were fabulous and treated us like family! The flat was very spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for breakfast. Jacuzzi on the balcony was big plus. The only little minus was the water pressure in the shower which was not so good, but still enough to wash my long hair. We would highly recommend staying at Ikies Filoxenia!

Absolutely Fabulous!!! We stayed 6 nights at Ikies Filoxenia and I can't say enough good things about this little hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Joyce, the manager was very helpful and really went above and beyond, providing excellent services. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from Thera (Fira) which is a beautiful little town overlooking the sea packed with shops and restaurants. You can also take a public bus from Thera for only 2 Euro to any of the other towns on the island. For the more adventurous there are car rental places within walking distance and of course taxis. (Personally I felt it was part of the experience to take the local bus.) I can't wait to return to Santorini and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, you really get a great deal with the Ikies Filoxenia hotel.

The property is beautiful! We had no air conditioning the entire visit due to expected rain. The hot tub really doesn't get very warm. It was like sitting in a lukewarm bath. Other than that, it was great.

We had an amazing and very relaxing stay at Ikies Filoxenia. By far the best accomodation on our Europe trip. Joyce and Maria were both very lovely host and hugely helpful. The location was perfect. We would highly recommend this place. Hoping to go back some day!

Very nice and clean

Full one-bedroom apartment. New, beautiful and very clean. Our host Chara (goes by Joyce) had a great personality and was very caring. She helped us arrange the boat, ride to the airport and kept checking if we needed anything else. 5-star service! The only thing that I would improve is the shower, which does not get hot enough (at least for me).

Our concierge Thanos provided service above and beyond the usual, with a smile and enthusiasm. The apartment was lovely, clean with hot water on demand. Location was great for daytrips. The town was less touristy than Fira or Oia which we appreciated. The bakery down the street was amazing! Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and clean, the jacuzzi was warm and relaxing and the view was spectacular. It was the slow season when we arrived so the island wasn’t very busy but John was incredibly helpful with places to go, where to eat, and he even brought us breakfast pastries and wine as we were his first guests of the season. Honestly it was an amazing room with even more amazing service. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again.

Amazing experience in santorini

I will start this by saying this place is amazing. If you are looking for something that is a bit cheaper, bigger and convenient for a longer stay and you don’t mind being slightly out of town this is the place. When we first arrived honestly I thought “this is where we’re staying?” Because outside the property looks a bit old and dirty - But then you enter the hidden property and it is all new and decorated really nice. Bianca (the receptionist/manager) is one of a kind. She is more like a personal concierge. She chatted with us When we arrived about everything santorini, where the best restaurants are, if we should rent a car, how to book a catamaran etc. Then she gave us her private number where we could message her about anything at any time of day. She also made reservations at restaurants and nail salons for us :) The apartment is a 15 min uphill walk to Fira which is fine, but some people may not love that. We rented a car for a couple days and then you don’t have to walk anyways so it’s fine. The apartments are actually bigger than they seem in photos and I would recommend one of the second floor rooms (nekar or Morpheus) for more privacy. The only problem we had was that the wifi was terrible, but if they get this figured out, the place is amazing and I would 100% recommend.

Excellent hotel with great staff

Excellent cozy apartments, very clean and comfortable with super king size bed, jacuzzi was clean and well maintained with hot water. Special mention of the Very helpful staff, John arranged things perfectly before we arrived and Bianca was amazingly helpful in guiding and arranging local tours. Would definitely recommend, absolutely no cons at all, it was a perfect stay.

Schönste Ferien

Das Ikies Filoxenia liegt ideal gelegen auf Santorini. Auf die eine Seite 20 Minuten bis zum Ende der Insel und auf der anderen 20 Minuten. Im 3-5 Minuten Umkreis hat es viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und die Hausdame Bianca ist ein Engel mit vielen tollen Tiips zur Insel.
