Calm and relaxed hotel

We had a great time at the hotel. It's quiet and calm, with a pleasant breakfast (served until 10.30am) and nice comfortable beds. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. They are a real credit to the hotel. We hired a car nearby and were able to park on site too which was beneficial. The hotel provides beach towels for at the side of the pool.

Dålig sömn

Svårt att sova för man störs av trafiken utanför och det blir ljust i rummet när solen går upp; det finns bara gardiner för balkongdörren och inte för alla fönster. Det städades inte ordentligt och det var dammigt. Det luktar avlopp då och då. Skicket överlag rätt dåligt, trasiga/lösa rör i badrummet och brummande luftkonditionering. Poolen och frukosten är bra.

Très bon rapport-qualité prix. La piscine est le grand plus de cet hôtel et la plage est à 10min à pied. Le personnel est très chaleureux et disponible. Je les remercie vivement pour ce séjour.

We were able to take over our room earlier and check out later. Thank you for this, with my children it was big help. Very kind staff, nice and clear hotel. The best pool in Perissa, it was fantastic. Value for money is the best choice.

Très agréable séjour chez Fénix Collection

Excellent accueil... personnel très agréable et sympa! Le confort et propreté de la chambre correct! Le petit déjeuner délicieux !! Je dirai tout était très bien, juste un inconvénient concernant le positionnement de ma chambre qui était coté route, donc le bruit était constamment présent !

The room was large, and had two extra beds. Plenty of room to spread out our luggage. Room was air conditioned and had black our drapes. Private balcony was nice. Beautiful gardens and pool facility. There was even a bar and food available. Great breakfasts with good variety. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hard Pass on this place...

There are no words to describe how disappointing this hotel was. First of it claims to be 6 minutes from the beach. That is a lie. You can't even see the beach. Just abandoned lots full of trash and a few old shops and garages. The front lobby was fine. We were taken to room the resembled a prison cell. There were three beds, one double two twin shoved into a small space. There was one wardrobe for us to put our stuff in and no closet. For the 18 hours we were there, we climbed over other the whole time. The bathroom was nasty to say the least. The walls were dirty and cracked and poorly grouted. The water was not filtered well and you could taste the salt in it. It left our skin feeling dirty and dry. We went down to the poolside bar for something to eat because it was late. We were assured the burger was not pork but I'm not sure what it was. We ordered a mojito and a pina colada... The mojito had a spoon of sugar at the bottom of the glass and the pina colada was just a shaken up pineapple and Malibu. The property is in the busy street so I got no sleep listening to the loud buses and trucks passing by all night. The wifi was spotty at best and at one point the power went out. Needless to say we left the same day and checked in elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE... And I strongly encourage Hotels.com to look into the descriptions of the properties they post to ensure truth in reporting. The only thing that was accurate was the pictures of the pool.

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Anlage war schön eingerichtet und sehr einladend. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt in einer beeindruckenden Palmen-Landschaft. Die Poolbar bietet leckere Getränke und leckeres Essen. Das Zimmer war mit Allem Nötigen ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem und eine schöne aussicht auf das Meer. Unset Zimmer lag in richtung der Straße, die stark befahren ist (auch Nachts). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ind hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel mit vollster Zufriedenheit weiter.

The pool and bar were great. The breakfast buffet was amazing, tons of traditional Greek bites, very filling! Rooms were large and had nice balconies. Only negative of this property was the comfort of the beds. They were far to firm for me.

The pool area and common areas were fantastic. The location was good, close to the beaches, the bus stop, a grocery store, and all the Perissa beach restaurants. We were also able to walk to the Ancient Thira hike from the hotel. However, the hotel room was not great. The bed was uncomfortable and springy, the pillows were lumpy, and the towels were rough. The balcony view of the pool and mountains was nice, but we did not get a restful night sleep due to the condition of the room and the noise from the street. We also had someone knock on our door three separate times throughout the night.. not sure if it was hotel staff, other guests, or people off the street, but it woke us up several times. For the price it’s a good value, but I would have rather paid more for a better night’s sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful though!

Besonders hervorzuheben sind auf jedenfall die mitten zwischen Palmen angelegte Pool-Oase mit einem sehr großzügigen Becken zum schwimmen und relaxen, Kinderbecken und Whirlpool, Poolbar mit Snackangebot sowie ausreichend Liegen und frischen Handtücher. Sehr entspannte ruhige Atmosphäre! Hervorragendes Frühstück mit div. griechischen süßen und deftigen Spezialitäten. Die Zimmer sauber mit guten Betten und leichten Sommerbettdecken statt nur Laken - für klimatisiertes Schlafen ideal. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal mit Tipps für die Insel. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt!!! Das Hotel ist mehr als den „Preis Wert“ und optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Aufgrund der Lage können die Balkone/Veranden zur Straße hin etwas lauter sein; in den Zimmern zum Pool hin herrscht idyllische Ruhe.

For what you pay it is a nice hotel. Breakfast is standard buffet all good quality. Pool is very nice. Stayed for ten nights and spent alot of time around pool and had breakfast everyday, music they played got very repetitive. Room is small, just about right for a couple. Bed was firm. Room faced the main road and traffic noise was still audible through balcony door (boy racers and lorries mainly) slight smell from drainage in bathroom occasionally. Perfect location for bus to Fira (two minutes walk) and less then a ten minute walk to beach.
