This was the best stay I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and hospitable. Nancy in reception was like no other - we miss her already! Safe to say we will absolutely be back.

We truly enjoyed staying at your hotel. The ocean view from the hotel was spectacular, especially facing the best sunset spot in Santorini. The breakfast was amazing every morning, and all of the employees were very kind, caring, and professional.

Another excellent stay at Enigma Suites. They’re always so helpful and lovely. Best service ever. We’ve now been here 2 years in a row would highly recommend. Waking up to breakfast in the morning, popping into the jacuzzi and never having to lift a finger for our whole trip with the best view of the Caldera.

Our stay at Enigma Suites Santorini was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The view from the suite was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning caldera every morning and watching the incredible Santorini sunsets from our room was an experience we'll never forget. The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and impeccably cleaned every day, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing staff, who were always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with spectacular views, immaculate rooms, and outstanding service, Enigma Suites Santorini is the perfect choice. We can't recommend it highly enough and would love to return one day!

Aside from the hotel being absolutely incredible (prime location, amazing amenities, perfect views, peaceful), what stood out to us was how kind, caring, and attentive the staff were. From the moment you check in to the moment you’ve boarded your flight or ferry, you will feel fully supported and taken care of. They ensure your comfort and well being by ordering a car to and from the airport/port and provide excellent recommendations for sight-seeing. We also appreciated how they recommended truly authentic restaurants instead of popular trendy spots. Thank you for your generosity and kindness and thank you so much for making our experience in Santorini so memorable.

Hot tub hotel Paradise

Such an amazing stay. The staff were incredible and soo responsive. The hot tub, the scenery, breakfast to your room, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend we will definitely be coming back!

What an amazing facility with the most fantastic views including of the sunset. You almost don’t have to go anywhere else! The rooms are lovely, especially with a balcony and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back!

Nancy and Chrisoula are amazing, Aldi, Touland and Stellar made our stay memorable. Property location is perfect and the view is absolutely stunning. Will definitely stay here again. This property is at a prime location with great views to the caldera and in the central of Fira. The property is very nice, clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants from a quick bite to a elegant.

Hotel was excellent!! Great location and nice room with great view but most of all, the reception and their service was wonderful!!!! So friendly and welcoming guests with right level of service!!!
