I regret to share my experience at Roka, which I found to be quite disappointing. Both our breakfast and dinner were marked by significant issues. The food arrived cold, which is unacceptable for any dining experience. Our red wine was served chilled. Furthermore, we were served appetizers and the main course simultaneously, creating an atmosphere that felt rushed and lacking the care one expects at this price point. It seemed as though the staff was not willing to provide the attentive service that would justify the premium charges. I hope my feedback will encourage improvements, as I believe this restaurant has the potential for a much better dining experience.
