This place is beautiful! Very convenient place to stay close by to the main shops and restaurants. The thing that made this place even better was how incredible the hostess was. She helps book our transfers and even arranged a catamaran cruise and quad bikes which made it in easier to enjoy our trip. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Gorgeous place to stay, feels luxurious and the staff are so helpful and friendly. You can contact them via WhatsApp and you will get an immediate reply. Near the centre but very quiet.

Boutique 88 is a very nice authentic Santorini’s style place. It has all the comfort needed and has the major advantage to be calm and quiet in the heart of the city center. Our hosts, Giota and Stathis, were always there to answer to our needs and more, give tips and good advices on the island (beaches and restaurants) or organise catamaran’s tour. Their constant kindness and joy was a true bonus during our stay.

The room we reserved had a bathtub inside but that’s the only positive thing I could say. It’s a cave room (like all hotels in Santorini) but NO windows and was very claustrophobic. The property old with chipped areas and noisy. NO views. It was so bad we had to leave the next morning. For the same price they charged me through Expedia we were able To find an amazing property in the best area with the best views right off the cliffside.

Overall the stay was amazing. The receptionist was only present in the morning, but she was available throughout What’sapp. The walking distance to the main fira restaurants and view was 15-20 min. The only think I wasn’t a fan of was the repetitive breakfast. It was always 2boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice, Coffee, croissants and bread (which wasn’t too fresh)yogurt and couple slices of sausage and Swiss cheese with some dry oat. The size of the room and the bed comfort was ok as well. I lost my apple watch in mykonos and it shows the last place was in my room and was never found by any hotel staff.

The suite itself was a cave-like beauty! Loved the look of it. But, we had booked a 2 bedroom suite with a private pool, only to arrive there to find out there were no private pools ar the property, only hot tubs and a pool for everyone at the top. That was the only area with a slight ocean view. We wete 4 people and there were only a couple of glasses and no silverware to use when breakfast was brought to us in the morning to spread jams, eat the yogurt, etc! The place was VERY had to find. It did not have any on-site parking. Public parking was available for a distance away, which not fun to get to with luggage. We did like the suite, beds were very comfortable, and it was located close to the shops, etc. The pool area had around 4 umbrellas, most of which were broken., and the pool was cloudy.

Overall services and facilities were good. But the transfer shuttle charge was more expensive than the information provided in the first confirmation email. The hotel staff explained there is a miscommunication between their reservation department and Expedia. As our arrival flight is late and we really need the pick up service so we need to accept the higher price. Totally not worth of money. As we changed to another hotel which just next to Boutique 88 Fira after few days. The transfer charge for the second hotel to the same destination is much cheaper compared to Boutique 88 Fira.

Property is close to the heart of Santorini. Staff were extremely friendly and helped coordinate dinner reservations, ferry transfers and food return of rental car. Artemis P was amazing. She checked up on us via WhatsApp and went above and beyond.

We had such a good time. Damian the property manager was soooo welcoming, he helped us with transportation, gave us good recommendations and was always ready to answer questions, he even gifted us with a bottle of champagne when we were about to leave. The property is soo clean and to top it all off it is in the middle of fira’s best hang out spots.

The property is located 8 minutes walk from City Center and the main bus stop. The property is well furnished with AC in all rooms, humidifier, coffee machine, fridge, TV and indoor pool. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the terrace, space on the terrace is constraint so it has small tables and chairs which can serve 3 families at a time out of 5 rooms in the properties, food is average, but main issue is terrace is infested with stray cats. But overall we had a pleasant stay.
