The location is remote from the busy city area. It's on the bus route to and from Oia to Fira, but you have to walk over to Cerrefour market for the public bus stop that comes by every hour. Breakfast option is nice and made available upon request.

It's a nice country style unit. It's a little remote from Fira, and definitely need a car to get around, or just grab taxi service. It's on the bus route that can take you to Oia. Just have to walk to the public bus stop just north of the roadside market. There's plenty of hot water, but the cold water comes and goes, could be the pressure. You can make an order for breakfast for the next morning, which is nice.

Nice, clean property. Delicious breakfast. However if you’re relying on the bus system it’s not the most ideal location. Hot tub was not super warm. Overall great two bedroom for family. Toys for the kids. Friendly staff.

Excellent family vacation property

Booked a family friendly hotel to accommodate our two year old and had a blast at Athiri hotel. Location is epic near Fira and Oia, rooms are beautiful and clean and they even offer toys for little guests. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at Athiri for the 2 nights we stayed in Santorini. The views were amazing as was the breakfast provided each morning. The only downside was getting to and from the property as public transport was limited and the costs for taxis quickly added up but apart from this everything was great!

Five stars all the way!!!

It was an amazing experience staying at Athiri hitel. Stayed with family and my kids loved it. Greg was an amazing host and helped with organizing local tours as well. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and delivered to room. Rooms were very nice and location as well.

We had a free upgrade without charge when we arrived, including a spa, so we appreciated. The host was really kind and welcoming. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable. Not to far from imerovigli but you have to walk a bit to get to some restaurants. Parking really easy with plenty of places. Breakfast included was awesome and delicious, with many choiced, and served at the time you want. Also, we were able to use the laundry service so we really appreciated. Thank you for the stay! :)

The main towns oia and Fira are beautiful and, the location for the house/ apartment is amazing, internet service is poor. Breakfast is nice, delivered to your door. Santorini beaches are not good do not go

The room was spacious and light, and the property was walking distance to everything we needed. The best part of the stay was the proprietor Themis. Having him there was like having a private concierge, he was so helpful, and interested in making sure our stay was an extraordinary one.

Fantastic, We stayed in the family room with our children for 2 nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful in every way. Breakfast was amazing as was service. Only suggestion to anyone would be to rent a car. The buses are tough to figure and the cost to rent a car is relatively cheap ( the hotel can also help with this!). Great experience and we would absolutely recommend and return .

I will provide an honest and fair review of my mixed experience here. ACCOMMODATIONS: It is nice however our stay was uncomfortable. The bed had dead bugs with smeared blood and unknown stains. We decided to sleep in the bunkbeds instead because of this. The next day they changed the sheets but this experience was odd since we should have had clean fresh sheets upon arrival. Day 2 the AC unit was leaking so bad it soaked our clothes. The leaking sound was disruptive so again we slept in the uncomfortable children's bunkbed. The next day they had a technician fix it. The cost and this experience was unacceptable so we requested a partial refund for the partial experience we received at this accommodation and they denied it. They claimed to care about their customers experience but clearly they can not take financial responibility for their shortcomings. Very disappointing. LOCATION: It is on a busy road that is dangerous especially at night. If you do nor have a car I do not recommend staying here. There are some bus stops but braving the dangerous road isn't worth it at all. There are better accommodations, location and management at other places near by. Very inconvenient.

Our host Themis truly made this trip one to remember! He went above and beyond with the breakfasts delivered in the morning, made communication easy and was always there if you had a question, and helped hook our excursions! His personality goes above the average “customer service” and we cannot recommend Athiri Santorini enough! Our view was incredible, and was centrally located from just about everything we needed! If you’re looking for a clean, great place to stay, this is it!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment and fantastic host! More over the views the property offers and next to none. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen, even though we did not use much, was very well equipped.
