Excellent ** very helpful staff, lovely sunsets and views. Breakfast served in room every morning was ideal. Private pool was perfect. Good location only 10 min walk to some very good restaurants. Would recommend to hire a vehicle to explore the rest of the island. We would definitely return.

We had a fantastic, quiet and relaxing time. The room was beautiful and clean as was the pool area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis as was the pool services daily. Staff was incredibly polite and hostess' are the best we've seen in Greece yet. Thank you Maria and Anna for all your help during our stay, for the impeccable recommendations as well as taking the time to have these booked for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allunia Suites. We loved that we had our own space, own pool and weren't surrounded by general hotel noise. Saying that the pool dripping noise did wake us up a few times, even with ear plugs in! Breakfast is delivered to the room, which was OK. The last few days the croissants weren't very fresh, but were OK. The room could do with a few more amenties, in terms of being able to make some food, even just plates and cutlery as you do have to eat out all of the time. We stayed in room 8 and it could do with extra privacy from the car park. We were straight out into the view of everyone in the car park, which was a bit awkward at times! There was privacy from the other side, so not sure why this is the case. Other than those things, we can't fault it. The room was spacious, it was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, reception were very helpful and it was in an ideal location.

Excepetional place with beautiful views! We arrieved out our beautiful suite as part of my wifes birthday treat. We were handsomly granted at reception and helped with out bags. Stunning place close to the town of Fira.

It is nice, just overly expensive in my opinion

Smart, fresh & new looking suites. We were made welcome on arrival and the reception was very pleasant. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi never worked, although I hadn’t mentioned it initially, after the staff being made aware there was no obvious effort to resolve this. The swimming pool was full of floating bugs on arrival and the bottom of the pool was scattered with debris during our entire stay. Breakfast was simple but mostly adequate. As it’s the first time in Santorini it’s had to say about value, but it was expensive for what it is generally speaking travelling extensively. For a once a year holiday it may not seem so overpriced. The last evening there was a power outage, it was early and as we were outside it wasn’t on obvious. I went to say the outside electric lights were on, but inside there was no power. That’s when I was advised there had been a power outage. There was some to/fro with maintenance bur left in a room from 8:30pm onwards with no electric, meanwhile there power was on in other suites, couldn’t see to shower or get ready to go out, total darkness apart from phone lights, no word from the staff with suggestions or assistance, just maintenance in and out baffled why no electric for us. No idea when the electric come back on as was so late we were asleep. Wasn’t on before midnight. I’d have expected something from the accommodation to acknowledge whilst not their fault for the initial outage, we were the only room left in darkness.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, mit schnellen Verbindungen zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig genug, um zu entspannen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich das Team stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Besonders begeistert war ich von der liebevollen Einrichtung und den kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machten. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - eine große Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Insgesamt ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Séjour mitigé

Nous étions enchanté de passer nos vacances à Santorin dans cette suite mais ce ne fut pas entièrement le cas. En effet , avons rencontré des problèmes réguliers d’entretien de la chambre et de la piscine. Malgré plusieurs alertes à la réception (personne très serviable) nous constations que le sol de notre chambre n’était ni balayé ni lavé. Les serviettes usagées ont été pliées et non remplacées.(alerte à la réception) Un verre n’a pas été lavé et le sol ainsi que le bassin de la piscine étaient dans un état catastrophique. Ce sont les seuls sujets sur lesquelles nous restons sur notre fin pendant notre séjour dans l’hôtel Alunia. J’espère que vous trouverez une solution à l’avenir concernant ce problème car il s’agit d’un vrai irritant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Struttura bella e confortevole. Le uniche due perplessità sono state la colazione e la piscina. La colazione non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative di una struttura a quattro stelle. Possibilità di scegliere soltanto un piatto principale e poi necessità di accontentarsi dei dolci e del succo che decidevano loro di servire. Impossibile avere una bevanda calda che non fosse caffè preparato in camera autonomamente. Altra pecca la pulizia della piscina che non è mai stata effettuata.
