"Nice hotel with corporate feel. Breakfast by the pool side was nice with food collection of food and drinks. Nice big swimming pool and Sauna was a nice addition to the comfort. With free shuttle to SJO airport which was 10 minutes away was great for my purpose."

"The staff was rude, entitled and disrespectful. The service at the restaurant was awful (with the sole exception of one waiter.) Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night at the airport."

"Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there were a few areas that could be improved. I was assigned a first-floor room in a section that appears to be in the process of renovation. The hallway carpets and the room furnishings felt quite worn, and the view faced a construction storage area. It would have been helpful to be informed about this at check-in. The bed was also somewhat olde, and the bathroom in my room was configured for accessibility. While I appreciated the functionality, I would have preferred being offered a standard room option. I considered requesting a change, but I had already unpacked. Access to the restaurants and the more convenient Uber pickup area required going upstairs and crossing to another section of the hotel, which was slightly inconvenient from my location. That said, the staff was courteous, and the property seems to be working on improvements. With updates to the rooms and clearer communication at check-in, the guest experience could be much better."

"Its not a 5 star hotel, but great for the price. I received so much assistance from the front desk staff, the gate guard, and the servers. Amazing staff that made this visit exceptional. The staff turned it into a five-star visit. "
