Very comfortable room, nice balcony, great food in the dining room or bar. But the reason we always return to this hotel are the gardens. Absolutely stunning, filled with birds and other nature. Beautiful trees, plants. So relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The staff was rude, entitled and disrespectful. The service at the restaurant was awful (with the sole exception of one waiter.) Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night ...

The property is in need of update, the pillows were so big I slept on 2 towels, the room was ok but the bathtub is stained and there was no hot water. Location close to airport good but I would not return. The people that work there were kind
