Fixie Lofts is in the heart of the National District and is within walking distance to almost everything from grocery stores to pharmacies. Restaurants and shopping are all within 250m from the unit The unit is nicely outfitted to provide comfort, including running hot water, which is a luxury which is not normally afforded at most BnB’s in the Dominican Republic. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Music on the streets play well into the night. This adds to the charm of staying in the heart of Distrito Nacional.

Nos encanto el alojamiento, lugar muy lindo con mucho encanto. Estuvimos muy comodos, se agradece la piscina despues de pasear por la zona colonial. Esta muy bien ubicado. Acepta mascotas, tranquilo, seguro.. una maravilla. Lo recomendamos y repetiremos. Mey nos atendio muy rapido por wasap y respondio a todas nuestras dudas, muchas gracias

It is a charming loft that perfectly captures the elegance of a bygone era. The building has intricate architectural details that tell stories of its rich past. However, despite the undeniable charm, our stay was marred by the noise from the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood can be quite lively, and during our visit, we encountered a significant disturbance. A neighbor two doors down blasted loud music from midnight until 8 a.m., which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. While the hotel itself is lovely, the noise issue detracted from what could have been a perfect stay. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet retreat, it might be worth checking whether the area is likely to be noisy during your visit. That said, if you can handle a bit of commotion, then it is a fantastic place to soak in some history and charm.
