We had a comfort room which was suitable for 2 people although the layout for shower and sink being open to the main room took getting used too. Breakfast on the first morning was chaotic, however the second morning was a lot better. Spa pool was nice if a bit small but had quite a few beds to relax on. "

"For a 4-star hotel, I would say it was very dissatisfactory. The carpets have stains, and the toilet is very old and needs a serious renovation. The shower space was clean but it does not have a shower head (yes I am not joking). There was a broken hand held water spray that leaked water from everywhere.
