L'appartamento è costituito da una camera matrimoniale e una camerina piccola con 1 divano letto da una piazza e mezzo, raggiungibile tramite il balcone della camera matrimoniale. Completa la casa un bel terrazzo abitabile dove pranzare o cenare con una bellissima vista. Il parcheggio si trova proprio sotto casa ed è privato ma non coperto.
