"Lägenheten är belägen på ett mycket lugnt och rätt avsides ställe nära en fin strand med turkosblått vatten. Lägenheten har det mesta en behöver för en semestervecka. Saknade AC och dammsugare då det var rätt knepigt att sopa upp sand som spreds mellan de 4 våningsplanen. Tack för en fin vecka!"

"This is a great place to stay and explore northern Sardinia. It was just my girlfriend and I staying so there was lots of room and it would also be ideal for four people. The bed was huge and comfortable. The apartment is cool so even though it was hot (27 - 30 .c) we slept well at night. We like to cook as well as eat out and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was also perfect for us - peaceful and out of the way but still close enough to Santa Teresa, the sea is a two minute walk,...

"The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"I got apt 10 and it is so cute and quaint. Close to everything - 15 mins or less walk. Check in is easy! The only thing, taxi is pricey. Lastly, try the Palau wines. The red house is delicious!"

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we...

"The property description states that there is Air Conditioning, there is NOT! We had to find other accomadation and have not been reimbursed by the owner or VRBO. VRBO Customer service has been of little help resolving this issue. Stay somewhere else if it's going to be hot and you don't want to sweat all night and have mosquitoes in your room as there are no screens or mosquito netting so leaving the window open at night is not a option."

"I was lucky and got an upgrade to the Residence I Mirti Bianchi, the apartment was good, great location, close enough to the town centre to make it easily walkable yet far enough away that there's no noise in the evenings. Santa Teresa di Gallura is a great base to explore northern Sardinia there's a lot of small quiet beaches not to far away. on the negative side I went in October and as its off season a lot of the restaurants are closed and most of the tourist attractions."

"Apartamento con buena ubicación a 7-10minutos del centro. Alrededor tiene muchos servicios:cafeterías, supermercado, restaurantes,... Aunque no usamos la piscina, estaba muy bien. Para aparcar alrededores adecuados. Personal muy amable en la urbanización. Giusi nos atendió perfectamente. El apartamento en general está muy bien equipado."

"La luce esterna all'ingresso non funziona. In bagno non ci sono appendini, accessori portasapone o spazzolini, la lavatrice sarebbe molto utile, il portasciugamani è arrugginito e poco stabile. "There is mold on the walls in the apartment. The lady who introduced us suggested that the smell is due to the lack of ventilation. Unfortunately, that's not true. We slept all night with the windows open and the draft because otherwise you couldn't stand the smell of mold. We were only there one night and I can't imagine staying there longer. Especially since we were with a child. I advise against staying in this apartment."
