The staff was amazing...warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices from fresh coconut, freshly squeezed power drinks and international foods. The hotel is showing its age from the run down carpets and towels now grayish...not white nor fluffy. Its still a great hotel.

Location was great, clean and everything worked well in the room, water was as hot as desired but hotel was awkward feeling in its set up. Felt disjointed.

It is very crowded, lots of traffic, unsafe footpaths,you need to be careful, done drains have broken/ partly open so you could fall in the murky water! It is near a 7/11 but there are young kids asking for money. Some tricycle drivers are dishonest.
Traffic seems to be chaotic but the local drivers seem to be able to handle it.
