Amazing hotel in a safe area of Makati with nice and gracious service, comfortable rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets in Manila. A great value for the money.

It is very crowded, lots of traffic, unsafe footpaths,you need to be careful, done drains have broken/ partly open so you could fall in the murky water! It is near a 7/11 but there are young kids asking for money. Some tricycle drivers are dishonest.
Traffic seems to be chaotic but the local drivers seem to be able to handle it.
