"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it...
