"This Hotel Lodge is the best value for the 30A experience, many other hotels or rentals would cost 2 or 3 times the Lodge. Location is great the restaurants adjacent to the Hotel are conveniently located will stay here again my next visit to 30A Beaches in Fort Walton County."

"First time at the Watercolor Inn, celebrating our 21 year anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! They even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a piece of cake to celebrate. The room was beautiful, the staff was friendly, helpful and amazing. The turndown service was top notch. We will definitely be back."

"Great location. Very cute. Called and emailed when we were on the way asking if we could check in early. Never got a response. There was an issue with the toilet that was addressed but the handle is very hard to flush. Worried it was going to break but it survived. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint was the wifi passwords would not connect. Need better instructions. We couldn't use the TV. Otherwise good experience. Very convenient spot."
