Our family friendly beach villa is well stocked with everything you will need for a worry free family vacation. Unique private and shaded fenced courtyard with a sun deck year-round! You will love our outdoor patio area that has yard games, a dining table, gas grill and party lights. Unwind under the stars with a fruity drink and great conversation in this perfect outdoor escape.

The Sand Bar is a single floor home with no stairs, elevators or far away parking! We have an ideal covered porch and carport with private parking for two cars that is perfect for bringing in groceries and your luggage.

We have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, pool noodles and even a beach cart for the quick 8 minute walk to the beach or the pool is just steps away at the end of our street.
This local art filled vacation rental will make you feel right at home with a well stocked kitchen and special extra family vacation touches.
Going out? Get ready in your own spacious master closet and special dressing area with a large makeup counter and sink with blow dryer. This area allows for more than one person to get ready at the same time. We also provide luggage racks and laundry baskets.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Rinse off sand & return beach toys, chairs, & umbrellas. Place back in brown storage container. You may leave beach items you have brought and do not want, and we can offer them to other guests.
*Place ALL the pool bands back in container on the counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect Beach Getaway - Clean, Comfy, & Close to the Shore!

My boyfriend & I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, full of amenities, & exactly as pictured. It’s just a short distance to the beach which made everything so easy and relaxed - the parking lot across from Whales Tail is SO convenient. Communication was excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Loved how peaceful & cozy the space felt — truly the perfect home base for a beach trip. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect property for our families Memorial Day weekend! Host was very responsive to questions leading up to the trip and during the trip. Spotlessly clean. Fully loaded kitchen, patio was perfect for grilling and evening dinner outside. Very quiet, secluded, and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic find!

We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Accommodation was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely hope to come back!

Great Anniversary

We changed from Arizona to Destin at the last minute, and we could not have made a better decision. The Sand Bar was just as described, plenty of room for a nice relaxing time close to everything you need. Its close to the beach, but we prefer to go to the state park where it is less crowded, but its still a short drive. We'll be back there again soon. The host were amazingly responsive for the small issue we had with a light, didnt phase us at all. We can definitely recommend this cute condo for a nice getaway.

Great villa!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. It was stocked with a lot of things we needed for our trip. The pool is very close. The pool wasn’t refreshing though- it was very hot. Hotter than the air temperature. The walk to the ocean is kinda far, but there is parking in the Whales Tail lot inside of Seascape which is where we parked to the walk across the street to the beach! Host was very responsive & helpful! We would definitely stay again!
