- Our charming condo offers a beautiful view of the Gulf, a short walk to the beach, and a pleasant walk to Deer Lake State Park. We are located 0.8 miles from Old Florida Fish House and 2.1 miles from The Big Chill.
BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms (King and Queen) with 2 full baths, 10ft ceilings, and Queen sleeper sofa. Updated granite counter tops in bathrooms!
KITCHEN/OPEN AREA: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, large screen smart TV, bar seating, updated kitchen with quartz counter tops, 6 person dining table.
COVERED PATIO WITH OCEAN VIEW: Large covered patio with plenty of seating. Amazing view of the Gulf!
AMENITIES: 2 large swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor grills along with bike rentals and beach chair setups available on property! Kayaks, paddle boards, and golf carts are available for rent as well.
*One beach set up (two chairs & an umbrella) included for the first 3 full days of week-long rentals.
