"The property is located in the parking lot of a Mr. Gatti's pizza place. There wasn't noise from the pizza place but if you like to sleep in a dark room, this property isn't great for that. There are no black out curtains or shades on the windows, just sheer curtains. The lights from the parking lot keep the bedrooms bright. The SPCA is located mere feet from the property and when the dogs are let out in the morning they bark constantly for a few hours. It is also located right off the highway so the road noise is constant. I recommend bringing a box fan to drown out the noise for sleeping. The refrigerator is very small and has no freezer so if you want ice, you need to bring it with you and have a cooler handy for it. The beds were both very firm, so if that is a problem for you, you might want to rethink this location. The Livery is located near town and is very conveniently located near downtown Fredericksburg and a 20-30 minute drive from the local wineries. The bathroom was great! The tub was wonderful and the water stayed hot!"
