The room was decent. The a/c and heat both worked. I appreciated the microwave and the mini fridge, especially since I was expected some kind of a breakfast but there was none (not good). I was able to prepare something in the room. The staff was not really friendly but not rude. I guess they earned the two-star rating I saw online.

the curtain above the air conditioner kept ballooning toward the inside of the room, did not have a curtain guard to keep it in place while the air conditioner fan was blowing. The room smelt of cigarettes but it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. No shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided. The coffee was good. The hair dryer was broken. Lot of dead crickets on sidewalk, that had not been swept. Low water pressure in shower and no hand held shower nozzle.

I had a guy next door screaming and throwing things around, sounded like he was destroying EVERYTHING, he didn't even get the cops or anything called on him. I was there to check up on my sick dad that lives in Kerriville and couldn't even get some SLEEP!!!!!!!!!

Been stopping in Kerrville for 50 years. Have tried most hotels in the town. Would not stay here again. Sorry I disturbed the front desk (from her personal phone call) to check in. The bathroom vent system is interconnected between rooms so the guy next door smoking 3 packs a day makes whole room smell like cigarettes. Old place that needs torn down.
