"What a hotel, the staff however made it even more fantastic, they are so friendly, welcoming and i cant thank them enough. Special shout out to the chef who made my mrs a lactose free dessert without even asking. Every morning they would have lactose free butter waiting for us for breakfast. The housekeepers who were so friendly, the waiters and restaurant staff, i could go on for ever. The hotel is great, perfect location, lovely beach, parking was no issue, loved our sea view room, but what truly made it stand out were the staff. I will be returning again for sure!!!. Thank you, please pass onto chef for me. "

"Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean . Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours . Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked . Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again. "

"This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent."

"We only stayed 3 nights, but had a wonderful stay. Room was a little dated, however it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet street. Lovely pool area. Every member of staff were exceptional, always greeted us with a hello, very efficient and professional. Lovely breakfast - would definitely come back "

"The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming "
