Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. "This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent."

Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down.
