Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Nice hotel, courteous staff. The rooms need soundproofing. I could hear the person snoring in the next room. Also, heavy chairs being dragged across marble floors make for a very noisy environment.

In a great location, with a lot to offer (yoga class etc), nice multiple outside/indoor pools, nice parking lot and more. All this with a super reasonable price. Definitely will visit again!

Lovely hotel with superb rooftop bar

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.

Staff were very welcoming and professional. I liked the choice of food for breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The bathrooms were spotless and the size of the room very decent. I would add some usb sockets and a trash bin in the sleeping area of the room.

Amazing!

We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs!

The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in the Granvista. It was clean, safe, quiet, lots of activities for everyone, amazing staff. Our apartment was on the top floor so we could enjoy the sun on our terrace. The kitchen was quite well equipped but there was no condiments at all. Not a big deal, but if you want to cook - you need to buy basically everything. There is plenty of big shops around with Aldi being on the other side of the road. What surprised us a bit, the tv didn’t had any Netflix or YouTube, just Spanish tv (always with dubbing). Overall we had very pleasant stay and we would recommend it for sure! Thank you! Gracias :)

The hotel was friendly and clean, the staff were helpful. The room was well aid out and spacious this particular room did not have a proper shower tray with a door or a towel rail which would have been better. The balcony view of this room was to the rear of the hotel no pleasant gardens or anything just views out over residential properties and the car park which can be a little noisy at times with cars and dogs barking etc.

Great breakfast. Rooms small but modern. Single beds only, not ideal, pillows were awful. Room floor was not very clean on arrival. Roof top bar is stunning, a must see! Good location, great transport links for much of the island. But for me the pool & sunbathing areas were a real let down, in urgent need to refurbishment, but based on what we paid we cant complain too much. Nice time was had, but all in all due to the run down pool areas we spent most of our days at the beach or another hotel pool.

Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town.

Nice pool area, with plenty of selection for sunbeds. Room was spacious and clean. Close to the beach, and loads of restaurants. Some slight negatives, that prevented me from giving a 5/5 rating: - Have to pay for the safe in the room. Would have expected this to be included for free. - Nowhere to fill up water bottles. The hotel is supposed to be eco friendly, but sells plastic bottles in a vending machine. - No ice machine in hotel.

Terrbile Room Balcony View

We spent 3 nights at the Grupotel Gran Vista & Spa for summer vacation and was deeply disappointed. Our room faced a blank glass wall—hardly the “view” shown in the listing photos on hotels.com. When I asked reception if this was a room or a prison cell, I was told we’d need to pay an extra perimium €150 for an upgrade. They offer another room which was worse. The hotel refused to move us without additional fee, even they had plenty rooms avialable with a view. The advertised photos of rooms on hotels.com are misleading, so book with caution! I refused to pay extra fee since Photo and description of rooms while booking are not same we got; specially room balcony view and the information of room are totally misleading. Grupotel Hotel Branch is money-oriented and that's why they have so many hotels in this area.

Myself and my partner recently had the privilege of staying at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, my only reservation is about the bathroom glass door, it doesn't really provide privacy. The staff was excellent and the housekeeping team kept our room in perfect order. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's spa with the indoor pool, sauna and steam room, which we used a lot during the cloudy days. The outdoor and swimming pools areas are fantastic and spacious, they don't feel overcrowded. There are plenty of dining options and shops around the hotel, very touristy though. Great transportion too, the bus stop is just across the road. If you're seeking an unforgettable getaway, look no further. This hotel is a true gem.
