Our requests for pick up & for rooms together went unanswered despite 3 reminders. Unfortunately the request to Expedia too were un resolved The pool too was a disappointment "

The food is excellent from buffet to ala carte ordering/menu, drinks are all very good. Rooms are clean & we always see staff clean the pool & sweep the floor specially the hallways from the beach entrance. Overall Hennan Crystal Sands is excellent to stay in"
