Perfect location, close to the water, close to D Mall, restaurants, bars. AC worked well. Wifi worked well.

This is a budget hotel so dont expect a five star hotel accommodation, having said that it is a nice place and just a few steps to the beach. Staff are very helpful too. The place is clean, air condition is freezing cold but hot water for shower is inconsistent but i don't mind because the weather is hot anyway. Wifi is a bit spotty and i dont mind also because you can buy a local sim card for one dollar and get internet data for just 3 dollars good for 7 days anywhere in the Philippines. I would definitely stay there again.

No toiletries in the room. Staff are so rude. Bed smells pee. Lot of mosquitoes in the room, ask them to spray when we already check in. Super negative review.

Front desk staff are very helpful in many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything work well.location to the beach is great. Open air lounge/reception area is nice to hang out and have coffee and padasel. Will stay there again.
