"The hotel is new in the best area of el Poblado. The staff is excellent."

"Staff is super friendly. Restaurant was good, food was delicious. Apartments don’t have the AC units so you need to open the balcony door for fresh air and you hear all traffic noises during the night. Sleeping was not very confortable due to the noise level :("
