"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."
"The staff were extremely kind and accommodating for the entire stay. The cleaning of the resort as a whole was spectacular! The only sort of issue with cleanliness was that the same diligence taken outside was not continued in the rooms. The food was good, we were unlucky and the outdoor food spot by the water only reopened on our last day there. But overall it was an awesome experience, would definitely go again. "
"I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The food and drinks were delicious. Cons: The resort was like a retirement community. The music was dry, entertainment was none existing. The resort is perfect for people 50 and up. The shower was warm not hot, it was just warm enough to take a shower. I was ignored by staff, my birthday was never acknowledged even after I wrote its my birthday for the dinner reservations. I could see staff was tending to guest that they assumed they were getting tipped from. I didnt complain, worked out great for me, I kept all my tipping money."
