Breakfast area needs improvement (richaud has no place to hold the cover, very hard to serve with only two hands. Same for sugar and other accessories). Some faucets were leaking. No fim nao tomei cafe e ainda passei por essa humilhação,mesmo tendo provado que o servico estava incluso"
