"Although beautiful in photos, this property is better in person. It has a comfortable and relaxing vibe with tons of light and is well cared for. Any amenities one may need, from pool toys to pickle ball gear to cooking, were available. The outdoor area and pool are easy to enjoy, especially with the beautiful red mountains in the background. The host is kind and was quick to respond to any questions to ensure a perfect stay. The location provides easy access to hiking, soccer fields, and grocery stores, with St. George just a short drive away. It is truly an oasis! "

"Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community pool, Pickleball courts close by. Worked well for our family and Joe was great to work with. "

"We appreciated many aspects of the property, but a few items affected our overall comfort. Several Command hooks in the bathrooms were broken or missing, and the towel bar in the upstairs bathroom fell down each time it was used. A few hand soap dispensers did not function properly. The shuffleboard game did not have sand available, and the crushed red pepper was empty and not refilled. The hot tub was cloudy and not very inviting, even after it was serviced. The backyard pickleball courts lacked privacy and generated noticeable noise. The floors and doors were quite thin, with gaps at the bottom of doors, which allowed sound to travel easily, we could hear normal movement from neighboring units and upstairs activity. The décor felt somewhat dated, and the lack of light-blocking shades in the bedrooms impacted sleep. Overall, while the home has potential, these factors made it unlikely we would choose to stay again."

"Place is great! Pool at site saved us some trips with kids, it's just nice to have them nearby as we enjoy resting during this holiday. We had a few questions and issues, but hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I'd come back!"

"The place was fairly clean. One bed had pubic hair in the bed, we assumed the bed didn’t get washed and then slept on too of the comforter. Two of the towels were pretty damp but on the shelf, needed more time in the dryer. Overall, pretty clean. The place did stink, wished there were air fresheners of some sort but would stay again. "

"Beautiful home that was in amazing condition. We stayed here with our family and loved it. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and really warm. The house itself was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again."
