"The pool was ok not completely full and hot tub not completely full. Did get a hold of host and it was corrected and kids enjoyed! Other than those bumps. A great weekend for all of us. Definitely would recommend this spacious place. "

"Overall the stay was nice. The location was perfect and the views are just like they look in the pictures. We loved the private pool and hot tub.Some things could use improvement:Kitchen was missing a few key items like oven mitts, hot pads and dish towels. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food stuck to them. The previous renters left behind some clothing items. The fridge hadn’t been wiped out before our stay and had broken shelves in the door. Patio furniture could use an upgrade. Other than that we really enjoyed it and I would book this unit again. "

"This house is perfectly set up for a large group, from the beautiful outdoor gathering spaces (including the rooftop patio), the extra large and comfy sectional, to the extra large table with lots of chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. The proximity to the pool was perfect for the kids in our group. The house was very clean! John was great at quickly responding to questions we had ahead of check in and all check in and check out instructions were clear and reasonable. We’ve stayed in several rentals in paradise village and this place was our favorite! We highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful condo! The bunk room was a little tight and claustrophobic for my kids' liking. Most opted to sleep on the floor if they didn't get the top bunk. However, there were fold out mats for the floor, so it was awesome! The pool was great and had easy access. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed minus a few minor things. I should have brought a few laundry pods, only because we needed more than 3 pods and you need to leave a load washed of linens or towels when you leave. Great service and great place!"

"Our host welcomed us on arrival and gave instructions for the keyless lock. The room was exactly as advertised. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were soft. We felt right at home and would stay here again. We never used the pool or hot tub but it looked really nice and we saw others enjoying it. "

"Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community pool, Pickleball courts close by. Worked well for our family and Joe was great to work with. "
