"My group had an amazing time making memories. The rooms were large, plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen was spacious and had plenty of space to cook for a big group. We had such a good time with or group of 22 girls. Thank you for allowing us to stay and I recommend it fully!"

"The home needs maintenance. We had to replace the flush plug on the toilet due to no response. The downstairs needed a deep vacuuming. That is just for starters. We came home from dinner and found a dead mouse at the bottom of the stairwell. The carpets need cleaning. However, the pool was well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We won't be staying there again. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful home with super comfy beds and showers in every bedroom and an additional Casita, which made it nice for our group of four. Everything was as advertised and I was really happy with the size of the yard and the beautiful landscaping. I did however have a couple small issues: I came in late so it was dark and I used the map function from VRBO and it took me to the wrong house, not really the property owners fault, but worth mentioning the other small issue I had was there was no heat in the master bedroom and we were staying in December so it kept dropping down to 59 in the room which was fairly uncomfortable. The master did have a fireplace but I could not get that to work either. Also, such a nice home to have 1ply in every bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and I would do it again maybe just with heat next time!"

"Great property for our family! We loved the easy access to the water park, but we also LOVED having a private pool and hot tub. The space was amazing and easily accommodated our family...even the teenagers. The only concerns we had were that both the pool cleaner and the landscapers came to work on both the pool and to prune the palm trees while we were there. We understand the maintenance schedule, but we felt like those could have been done when the property wasn't being rented. If you are going to use the Xboxes, you will need to log in with your own Xbox account...same with Netflix. The teenagers loved the foosball, so that was a plus for them. We would recommend both additional trash bags and paper towels be provided at the property, as we had to purchase both. For the size of the house, we felt like what was provided didn't cover the needs of a large family. The two living room spaces were great, and we loved that the bedrooms upstairs fed into the second living room. A very thoughtful floor plan for a big family. The property management company was VERY responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, so that was also a plus! Thank you to them for helping us and for doing it in such a professional and pleasant way. Great location! We were close to a grocery store and a couple of food places, which accommodated our food needs. Very quiet area! Pickleball courts are very close, and there is a nice walking path in that same area. We'll be back!"

"We stayed at this property for a family reunion, including 7 adults and 5 children (ages 4-9). The property was clean and inviting. It’s ideally located within easy walking distance of pools, splash pad and lazy river. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids loved the basement bunk room. When we had any issue, Jerry, the owner responded quickly, and, when needed, he had someone on-site to problem solve.We all loved the kitchen water fountain! Also the cupboard full of beach towels. I’d happily stay there again!5/5 stars"

"We loved this place! Great space to visit and hang out with family! Every room has a bathroom attached. It was very conveniently located to the outdoor kid area (seriously right out the back door). We had plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Had a minor problem of the outdoor trash being full when we arrived and it was promptly taken care of. The only thing we felt could improve was the amount of dishes in the kitchen. Definitely could use some more plates and bowls for how many the property sleeps. Also a little frustrating that they asked you to remove your shoes and then everyone’s feet were black just from walking around on the carpets. Maybe could use a good deep cleaning of the floors and couch?"
