"The rooms are wonderful. The whole hotel is awesome the staff are really great and friendly. The only thing is that they need to give people access to the AC cause the rooms were brick. But that’s my mom’s feedback. I have no complaints I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight.
