"This is my 4th time at this hotel and Im sad to say it might be my last. This hotel used to be a wonderful and lovely place and it felt high-end but it needs smart modernizing. The restaurant menus are lacking and dated. The rooms, in the surface, look pristine but there are hard water stains, unvacuumed carpet and a coffee maker that cannot be plugged in. Its just not worth the price and it is incredibly pricey. "

"Bad smells , no umbrella with heavy rain. You have to walk outside in the rain. Restaurant ( Meat Market) was good. Had Starbucks. "

"We enjoyed our stay! We loved how close we were to the water park but be ready to walk as this resort is spread out a lot. The food was ok (suggest you go off resort) probably most frustrating was the service but it is to be expected with how many people are staying there. It is slow so have patience. All the workers were very friendly and helpful to navigate around the property. If you’re a golfer you have to check out and play their course! Amazing views and the course is pretty challenging. Make sure to head out to the resorts Island. We finally caught some good sun rays after it rained the first couple days. Overall we would suggest this to anyone with small kids and would return. "

"The gym is small, limited in space and equipment. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so the amenities in the rooms and just overall infrastructure of the hotel was subpar. Although it's worth mentioning the staff that greeted us upon check-in were super friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication to Hilton’s attention, they basically replied “So sad, too bad.” "
