"The resort was nice staff was friendly , I only had one bad experience with one staff who was the bartender at the bar near the pool and restaurant he was not friendly and rude. However I loved Maria who was the waitress at Azure she made my night perfect with her friendly sweet and respectful attitude. Edward at the smoothie and justice bar was great nice & helpful! Location was perfect everything was in walking distance. Beach pool hotel was cleaned and smelled good Our room was cleaned daily. Food was great especially my truffle fries. I would recommend to my family and friends and would come back again! 10/10"

"I liked the Royal Sonesta Hotel for its location on the beach, cleanliness, polite staff and overall, just a beautiful hotel. What I did not like was their parking which is across the street and there is no stop light or stop sign for pedestrians to cross the street to get to the parking lot. "
