This is a charming, comfortable and well-cared for house! It is in a great location with plenty of space for 4 people. We loved the wallpapered nook and tiles in kitchen and bathroom!

GREAT EVERYTHING at this DT SANTA BARBARA GEM!

We loved EVERYTHING about this place! The little loft was a perfect place for our 4th grade boys to enjoy while we came to complete their Mission Project and see Old Santa Barbara Mission. I brought my friend and her son (our boys go to school together). PERFECT EVERYTHING. I went to UCSB so I'm familiar with SB and surrounding areas so I was excited to see this was a PERFECT SPOT before booking you can't find a better spot. You can walk to everything and it's perfect. The pictures do not do this place JUSTICE. It is SO CUTIE! The decor, comfy beds, clean bathroom and cute little courtyard surrounding the house was perfect for morning coffee before we hit the mission and beach! The best beach (Leadbetter) is just a short drive away! Amy is very helpful and I can't wait book her place for another visit!

Please remind guests that they need to move their car for street sweeper we received a 60 ticket. Came home in dark each day and didn’t see the signs sign. Patio not clean spider webs and dust. Webs on gate to get in. Rugs in home very used.

Wedding Weekend

My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Cool Property, have to wash your sheets

The place had a cool mid century vibe but with updated appliances & bathroom. Everything was clean and in good condition. Loved the closeness to the town center and shops. A mirror wasn’t secured on the wall very well and fell and broke after bumping into it. Which was a bummer. But, it didn’t ruin my stay. Will definitely stay here again given a chance. And would recommend it to anyone who’s willing to wash their own sheets and dishes.

Top notch place in a great location

Two bedroom (both good sized) unit was roomy, clean, and close to central Santa Barbara. Everything was straightforward—check in, lights, heat, shower, appliances, etc. Not a single “How does this work“ moment. Amy was immediately responsive to all emails. Highly recommended

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured, and we loved how close it was to State street. It was clean and the check in/out process was simple. The property manager also gave us a really thorough list of places to go, eat, and shop. Definitely recommend staying here!

Relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was chic, well appointed, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to State Street each night for dinner and entertainment which was about a mile round trip. We will definitely be returning some day!

Great location

Amy was very responsive and even allowed my family to have a late check out which was so appreciated. It was in a great location and close to State Street. Property does not sleep 5 but Amy allowed us to bring an air mattress. Property could be better equipped such as having paper towels or toaster in the kitchen.

Cozy Christmas Stay

Amy's home was the perfect place to spend a cozy Christmas in Santa Barbara. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants on State St, and the farmers' market. The house had everything we needed and Amy was excellent to communicate with.

Cute comfortable house

Nice location. Bathroom was good size. Neighbors above us were a bit noisy however and parking was difficult on Friday afternoon. We didn’t spend much time inside, but house was in a great location for walking into town, courthouse or a good bike ride to the harbor.

Great place in SB!

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament with our 2 teen daughters. It was a perfect location to walk to state street each day for a little food/shopping in our downtime. Loved the house- super clean, comfortable with all amenities needed. Area felt very safe as well- we walked at night and had no issues. Loved it!!

Great grad weekend

Lovely property only a few blocks off the middle of state street. The property had everything we needed. Parking was a slight challenge at times probably due to grad weekend and a baseball game down the street but otherwise within a half block. Super cute inside and out with plenty of space for our group of 4. Photos on the site don’t actually do it justice.

Quick Wedding trip

We weee in town for about 48 hours for a wedding. Needed a cozy space for us, our little 4 month old, and Mother-in-law. We all enjoyed the space. The location is great. Just a 12-15 minute walk to State Street. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
