The property features the main house with 2 king bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a pull-out queen in the den/office/surround sound music room. The guest house features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, large bathroom with soaking tub and living area. The Airstream trailer features 2 queen size beds, bathroom with separate shower and kitchen/dinette, Outdoor area is designed for maximum enjoyment with swimming pool, jacuzzi, Santa Maria Grill, Traeger, large outdoor fire place, dining table, Peloton, and multiple seating/lounging areas making it perfect for a group getaway. Also included in your stay is Luthurr, a classic 8 passenger beach van loaded with every amenity for a family to enjoy an epic day at the coast. So come enjoy the soothing atmosphere of Hope Ranch with its unparalleled lifestyle located just minutes by car to downtown Santa Barbara and the Funkzone.
