It's hard to believe that this polished and pristine Paradise Retreats home in the beachfront neighborhood of the Mesa was originally built in 1947. It retains that classic charm, but has been immaculately renovated with gorgeous upgrades to truly make it a luxury little paradise. Sitting on .18 acres of land, this residence offers plenty of space to enjoy the natural wonders of SB all from home, but the wildly convenient amenities nearby make venturing out an attractive option. Head to one of the many nearby beaches, such as the stunning Mesa Lane, and afterwards, cool off with a refreshing beverage and a relaxing meal at local's favorite, Corner Tap. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops are all a stone's throw away from this perfectly situated spot.

Great Santa Barbara getaway
This was a really beautiful Santa Barbara property, close to both the beach and downtown. A wonderful location with a lot of great living space and a kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking. The outdoor area was beautiful, with a fire pit and a patio for dining. Great sleeping arrangements for a family with kids. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful house and yard! Loved it.
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is quiet, and the yard is so nice. The house is nicely decorated and bright and sunny. I definitely give this house five stars.

Graduation weekend
Our son and my husband’s parents came to SB to celebrate our daughter’s UCSB graduation and the house was perfect. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The beds and linens are lovely and the kitchen is well equipped. The back yard is also wonderful with a fire pit and also a shaded dining area. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in - would highly recommend!!
