- Located in the heart of Montecito, this newer cottage has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, high end furnishings, comfortable beds with fresh linens, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (one queen and two twins) with nice linens and plenty of pillows. There is a private patio with a built-in BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. It's an easy 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.
