Such a unique experience from staying at a hotel, yet with all the luxury and amenities. Great hiking within walking distance. Very private, beautiful setting, a true getaway experience!
We booked two nights at casita eco-glamping and loved it! After spending a week in hotels in SoCal, the casita was our last stop and by far our favorite! It was beautifully decorated and has a premium vibe while still feeling rustic. The beds were so cozy and incredibly comfortable. The location feels remote while still being very close to Santa Barbara and Goleta. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip down this way!
Perched in the hills above Santa Barbara under the stars we found a little piece of tranquil paradise. The yurt is luxurious glamping with a ton of thoughtful extras. The bed and pillows were amazing, great decor, clean and sweet. We loved how private and spacious it felt. Highly recommend if you want something different than a bustling hotel.
We were so impressed with this delightful Eco-Glamping Casita! We had pretty low expectations, but we were absolutely thrilled! It was secluded, quiet, clean, comfortable and absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfy. The room was huge and clean! The amenities were perfect. And the stars went on forever! Will absolutely stay here again in the future.
My wife and I spent a wonderfully relaxing weekend in The Tent while we were visiting our son at UCSB. It is close to all that Santa Barbara has to offer while also feeling very remote and removed from all the hustle and bustle in town.
Everything you need is provided. The bed is super comfy and the tent is very spacious even for my 6’8” frame. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in town. Highly recommended.
Even in the middle of a hot summer Sébastien’s place was cool and lovely. The early morning fog that crept up the hillside was picturesque and cooling.
The setting is beautiful and the walk to the tent is beautifully landscaped. It’s super central—State Street and all of its boutiques, cafes and tea spots is a short ride away. The tent has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
But the best thing of all is the ambient hum of the nighttime. Everyone slept like babies!
This is different from the usual places that we rent, but we were up for a little adventure while we were in town for our kids sports tournament. The location is really peaceful, situated up in the mountains.
The tent was beautifully decorated had everything we needed.
When we first arrived, the tent was a little warm and stuffy, but fortunately they have an air-conditioning unit that cooled it down within minutes. After that, we turned it off and the tent stayed a really nice temperature. At night they had a space heater that we kept on and that also kept the tent at a perfect temperature all night long.
You do have to leave the tent to go to use the bathroom, that is literally right behind the tent so you don’t have to walk far, but you do have to go outside.
We loved our stay and so fun to do with our teenage kids. and
My family and I had an awesome Spring Break while visiting Casita Eco-Glamping. Happened to run across it while looking at lodging on VRBO for our upcoming trip. Thought it looked nice and would give it a try. We were happy that we did! The location is great- tucked in the foothills but still close to anything you would need, including State St, stores, restaurants. The tent itself is on a large property with other rental properties, but tucked in the back amongst the trees, so we didn’t really see anyone except the occasional workers. The garden/property is very lovely and well kept, and there’s even a nice view of the nearby reservoir. There are many steps to get to the tent so pack lightly. The tent itself is spacious and beds were very comfortable! Wi-Fi can be a little spotty, but keep in mind you are in a tent! Inside there is heater/AC if it gets hot/cold, kettle, toaster/air fryer, and even a mini fridge. Unfortunately, not enough utensils there when we arrived so we had to share the first night (got in late and too lazy/hungry to drive somewhere to get some spoons). I didn’t think to pack those because the website said utensils were available? But no big deal, we made it work. It was nice coming back to peacefulness of the tent after a day of exploring. Nights were calm and we were lulled to sleep by sounds of the surrounding nightlife. Overall, we had a great experience and would 100% do it again!
Everything was great. Beautiful property, cabin was clean, had all the cooking stuff we needed. Only thing I wish it had was central heat and air, but we were able to stay comfortable.
Pretty interesting and unique experience relative to a simple hotel stay. Not as rustic as camping but preserves a little charm of it.The tent itself is very well executed, it is obvious that lot of thoughts went into it.We enjoyed it.
