There are single steps throughout the apartment, marked with caution tape. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a single daybed with a trundle with access to the wraparound balcony. Both bathrooms have glass walk-in rain showers and large vanities. Includes a flat-screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Complete with an in-unit washer and dryer. Many curated details and thoughtful touches complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara.

We came here with my family for just a quick 24-hr stay and it was AMAZING! It was everything AND MORE. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was also so central and made it so easy for us to get around town. The only thing is that we wish we could have stayed longer!
We had a great visit to Santa Barbara at Casa Valerio. Plenty of room for myself and 2 adult kids. It was clean and comfortable plus a great location. We will rent here again.
This condo was exactly what we needed for a group of 5. It was roomy, yet cozy and beautifully decorated. And the location is GREAT!

Great property - very clean and close to everything - it could maybe use some better lamps and warm lighting options would be my only nitpick but otherwise everything was perfect.
This place suited a family of 5 well with 2 kids sharing a room with a trundle. Located within walking distance of State Street shopping and restaurants. Very responsive and helpful property management staff.

Beautiful rental in Santa Barbara!
This place was stunning. Lots of room for a group of friends. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc!
Staff was quick to answer questions.
Walls are thin so need to be mindful of visitors below but that wasn’t an issue!
Spacious and modern, this place was a dream for a girls getaway. Loved the location as it was a short walking distance to cafes and shops at the north end of state street. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the responsiveness of the property manager.
Nice location inland from main drag. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Found free street parking each night, though might have walk a few blocks.

Such a lovely place to connect with a growing family! Very accomodating for new baby and mom visiting family in Santa Barbara. All issues were addressed in a timely manner. This unit gave us space to interact together and to each have personal space. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect home base
The hospitality staff is the most responsive of any I’ve ever encountered. Very professional and courteous.
We loved this place for our girls wine weekend. Walkable to so many things on State Street, sunset views from the balcony, and beautiful inside and out. We also loved the balcony off the kitchen for sunny morning coffee. The stairs up to the front door are challenging with luggage but everyone managed just fine. Thank you!
