## Space
Immaculately renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.
The primary bedroom of this 843 sqft unit has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a rain shower/tub combo. The living room Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa sleeps two guests on a comfortable queen mattress. The full kitchen has all stainless appliances with an open-concept living and dining room. In addition, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system in all rooms for ultimate comfort.
NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units.

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):
Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
## Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.
Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

I would have given this a 5 star rating, however it was disclosed there was construction going on - had to keep the windows closed all day as it was really noisy. I know it is temporary, so in the future, it’s got to be better. The room was ample space and i loved the stocked kitchen. I recommend (after the construction is over if you don’t like noise all day)!
This two bedroom unit was beautifully renovated and very clean plus nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Location, Location & Location!
My husband and I had a very comfortable stay at Casa Jardin and we'd definitely stay again. The location of the place is very ideal for many things that Santa Barbara offers.

Comfortable and great location
Room was as advertised. Great amenities and check in was smooth. Easy parking. 4/5 stars for general priciness, but this is not far off for the area.
The condo is cute and clean, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you so choose. Walking distance from State Street. It was exactly what we needed while in town visiting family.
The property had every amenity I needed from nespresso coffee to plenty of blankets for the comfortable couch. Everything was brand new and clean! I would definitely recommend staying here!
Loved the property so nice, clean and comfortable. Well decorated too! Had all the necessities needed, wish we could have stayed longer.

This property was perfect for our stay — so clean & organized. It was fully supplied with everything we needed & location was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Can’t think of any criticisms or room for improvement. Will definitely stay again!
