"We received the class of customer service that one hopes for when traveling abroad. The attention we received from staff was extraordinary. When we arrived I was very sick. One of the women at the front desk took the time to personally walk my husband and I to a nearby clinic and speak on my behalf. I will never forget this kindness and professionalism. Beyond that the rooms were well appointed with great attention to detail. The location is also perfectly situated near everything but not in a crazy congested area. Overall - fantastic!! Thank you. "This is a clean, well appointed and centrally located hotel. While the rooms could be a little bigger, the location near the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori makes it an excellent choice for a visit to Rome. The staff was uniformly helpful, and the breakfast was included within the room rate. I would book a stay in this hotel again. "
