"We had a major issue with a smell that started in our room (from the vent/AC), which was "fixed" and then returned. We shifted rooms, but nothing was done to compensate for the night of us having no AC blowing - just a fan. It was miserable. Disappointing that there was never an offer of anything. The new room was nice, though smaller - but at least no smell. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but for sure some of the staff was less than helpful and some felt rude. Wouldn't stay there again, but we definitely enjoyed the location overall."
