"I had a good experience at Wingate. Stay was pleasant, comfortable and the quality of the hotel was exceptional. Issues to address are: Room was comfortable but the Hallways need to be A/C as it was stifling warm and difficult to breath. I called prior to my visit and I visited early in am asking for an early reservation upon someone leaving. I was asked for phone number and told I would be contacted upon a room availability. People were leaving but I never received a call for an early reservation? I checked in at 5:30 pm with no call ever received? Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return again. Breakfast was sensational? "

"We were only there one night but we used the shuttle service twice. We brought our rental car back night before our departure which was so smart as we had to leave early the next morning from the hotel. It would be nice if your hotel staff mentioned that to guests. It really saved us alot of time. The shuttle staff, great. The fact that there was some food ready before we left, was super. Room was decorated nicely."
