"Coffee pot was the wrong size for the maker, and the packaging for coffee utensils had been opened and housekeeping hadn't noticed so new ones weren't left. Not much variety for breakfast, not even instant oatmeal packets, and the coffee/hot water machine wasn't working when we needed it. Had to wait for someone to arrive before it got rectified. Staff on duty was helpful, but she was there upon check-in and check out the next morning, so, seemingly overworked. Overall relatively clean though, and not terrible, just a few issues that made the stay a little frustrating."

"AC barely worked. Toilet ran unless you lift the handle. Water pressure horrible. Just rundown."

"The rooms were clean but the exterior of the building is quite delapidated, the parking lot needs resurfacing and the area around the hotel has a very abandoned industrial feel. They also had my reservation under a completely different name, and even though it was my phone number (which I've had for 25 years) it was attached to someone else."

"GREAT location, everything is near by - restaurants, groceries, department stores, craft and hobby stores, and more! Wonderful pool and hot tub - liked a warm shower at the pool before heading back to our room. We will stay there again!"
