"Typical overpriced mid level property. Paid $75 a night for pet, $7 for parking ( on their lot, edge of town location) food was overpriced as well - $30 for chicken Caesar salad. Tiny room, not much larger than the bed. No more Hilton properties for us. "

"The hotel was very clean. It didn’t offer breakfast and was about 1 1/2 hrs from the Grand Canyon. The motel was overall clean and the beds were comfortable. I think it was overpriced for what it offered."

"This was highly rated and while it’s fine - it is more a lodge from the 80s or a nice motel kind of place. Beds were fine, not super comfy, rooms were small. Older carpet and carpeted baseboards harken to days of yore. We were also a bit flummoxed at the entry as we were getting in late and there was no obvious sign of entry. Also walkways to our side door were poorly lit. Manageable but dark. A small sink outside the bathroom had a loose faucet. Not bad for the price but not worthy of the 9.2 Wonderful rating on Expedia."

"Im not one to write reviews but this one needed one… Didn’t feel very welcoming when I checked in. Receptionists were gossiping while I was wanting to get checked in as soon as possible. Not very professional, nor welcoming. When I was on my way to my designated room, I found my room door WIDE OPEN!! Conducted a thorough search of the room to ensure no one was inside. It was very eerie and spooky. Soon as I got in bed, the bed sheets had a weird distinct smell of chlorine and mold. But I was exhausted so I accepted my fate. Called reception desk to see if there was any particular reason my door was left wide open (maybe housekeeping?) and they had no idea either. The phone conversation was weird though, very eerie, there was a long pause of silence after she responded and then I said ok thanks and hung up. The bathroom was nice and clean though! And the water heated up very nice :). This inn was mid in all honesty. It can always be better! Will not return though, not worth the price for a night."

"Too bad there is such inattention to the general condition of room doors and some things within the room. Great bed, fine breakfast, refrigerator and microwave, strong shower. Could earn a much higher rating if general maintenance were better."
