The home features a spacious, comfortable layout, with the master bedroom and bathroom located at the back of the house, separate from the main living area and spare bedroom. Please note: the spare bedroom shares the master bathroom, which is accessed through the master bedroom.

The home includes full garage access, a large living space, a fully stocked kitchen, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a fenced backyard. It offers all the space and amenities of renting a full house while remaining cozy and well suited for smaller groups. The home is meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully maintained, with an emphasis on comfort and quality.

The Space

This listing is for the main house, which shares a wall with an attached guesthouse. Both spaces are private and have separate entrances. The driveway and front walkway are shared up to the front door, and you may occasionally see other guests coming or going.

Guests of the main house have exclusive use of the main home, the garage, and all outdoor areas to the left of the back porch and around the left side of the house. Areas to the right of the back porch and around the right side of the house, including the guesthouse patio and yard, are reserved for guesthouse guests.

Location

Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails throughout, nearby access to national forest, and a park just down the street. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, downtown Flagstaff, and the switchbacks to Sedona — making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Important Things to Know

Please review carefully to ensure this home is a good fit for your group:
- There is one ensuite bathroom, accessed through the master bedroom
- The attached guesthouse shares a living room wall; while both spaces are private, some sound transfer is possible
- Fires and fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the property
- No smoking (including marijuana) anywhere on the property
- No parties, events, drugs, loud noise, undisclosed guests, or pets
- Gas fireplace is available during winter months only
- One outdoor security camera monitors the front walkway and will be on during your stay

We are not on site but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything. You may occasionally see us if we are checking on the guesthouse.
