"This was a perfect place to stay scouting out properties in the area due to the location and the welcoming staff! Everyone always said hello when passing, Ashley at the front was our 1st welcoming smile. She made sure our check in was painless and easy. This was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Close to local shops in the area, and also to the many ATV trails in the area."

"Yes I guess so the broken down furniture all smells like dogs floors were filthy bathroom up stairs leaked water down stairs on cupboard stink bugs crawling on you at night she jacked price up on last day I did ask and tell her how many we were expecting and I still have her response on email I have been using VRBO and have liked it until now not planning on another at this point "

"The best hotel experience I have had in a long time. We had a car ride that was incrediblv chaotic anc stressful so we arrived 6 hours later than expected and in the middle of the night. Sarah helped us get checked in quickly and efficiently. She even helped with a phone charger that I forgot to pack ano signed us up for late check out so I could sleep in The dav staff was iust as amazing. I wish I had gotten everyone's name. From the housekeeping staff, to the buffet staff, to the front desk staff anc even maintenance (becuase I apparently do not know how a deadbolt works) evervone was kind and helpful. They made my large family feel welcome. This hotel gives us a reason to come back to the area. I would recommend for anvone wanting to enjoy mountain scenery and a great stay!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was too far from the thruway and in a very isolated area with no restaurants or retail. TV was terrible and beds too high to get into. 2nd floor walk-up challenging for seniors with luggage."
